Tube De-capping filling capping and labeling machine for Nucleic Acid Assay IVD kit

This filling line was newly designed by our own company with automatic bottle unscrambler, de-capping, peristaltic pump filling, cap arranging mechanism, automatic capping mechanism and vertical positioning labeling machine. This machine stable running speed is around 20~30pcs/min. It is specially designed for filling 100ul, 320ul, 1000ul and 1200ul round vial with flat bottom.
